The new password must:
- Be at least ten (10) characters.
- Contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z).
- Contain at least one lowercase character (a-z).
- Contain at least one numeric (0-9).
The new password must not:
- Contain Non-English characters.
- Contain your name.
- Be the same as your previous passwords.
